JAPAN GT DEMO IN SUNWAY

Last Weekend I went to Sunway to shoot Japan GT demo show…heard there will be a drifting demo. The first hour was rather boring because I have been shooting the same car over and over again.

This Kid was there all the time, playing with his mini car toy (exactly same with this car!). i think he is the son of the organiser involved. Lucky one.

Then… comes the subject that I have much more interested in (The real purpose of this JAPAN GT!)

With a DSLR camera (bigger than point n shoot camera), I finally got the balls to ASK the girl to allow me to shoot her *CAMERA! CAMERA!* And the result are rather good.

Another girl doesn’t seem to be that friendly. She is kinda moody. New? Not professional? Or not feeling well? She is very “chuang” HEY LOOK INTO THE CAMERA U B***H!”

NOW THE BEST PART! THE REAL JAPAN GT GIRLS “IMPORTED” from JAPAN! Introducing TOMIE & AMIE! They are really professional. Once you shoot.. u can never stop, they will never stop until u shoot finish. (sounds dirty?)

Okey, i know I know, Why all of these are Amie’s shots only?  I just happened to stand nearer to her. So she posed more often to me compare to Tomie. But this event has allowed me to learn a lot from observing other Professional Photographers.

EXAMPLE:  You catch the Girls Attention by suddenly moving your camera forward (They Will look at you! & u SNAP!!) They will continue posing for you until you RELEASE your shuttle!!

Another tips is of course is THE BIGGER THE LENS THE BETTER! Will you be looking at a Gun pointing to you, Or a ROCKET pointing to you? (it started to sounds dirty again -_-”)

IS a shame if no credit is given to the Driver who performed the Drifiting Demo that day. I think his name is Michael ???? I stupidly queue up to get his Signed Poster, but actually i have no idea who he is. hehehe.

Okey.. yeah This is TOMIE. The guy looks kinda shy.

More RANDOM MAKAN-MAKAN!

Kajang Satay in Damansara Branch(not KAJANG) many choices of satays: chicken, beef, lamb, fish (sucks!vomit!), rabbit.

REVIEW- Cold. (THUMBDOWN from CLIVE) taste normal. Fish satay taste REALLY horrible. Mamak workers very impatient and irritating. Muka Masam after we took 2nd order. No more 2nd time for the stall.

Next time, I shall try a Satay stall in Cheras which was said to serve PORK SATAY!!! and taste much BETTER than this! (according to Jonathan & Hui Hoong)

PIZZA DRAGON IN MURNI SS2 – Taste good. Good for Big tummy. for girls, I suggest 1order for 2pax.

KAMPUA (SIBU MEE) in FACE TO FACE, Damansara Uptown. Mandarin – “Mian Dui Mian”

Would suggest sarawakians in KL who miss the KAMPUA to try here. The taste is quite close to the original flavour. A bit too dry & more “complicated” with extra minced meat + meatballs. RM 5.50

This is the original Kampua from kopitiam in SIBU! Just mee, charsiew, and soup. That’s how Sibu live simple and eat simple. This one is considering the more Modern Version of Kampua. The Traditional Kampua has more authentic taste and look + serve in heavy 80′s ceramic plate and wooden chopsticks (but going to extinct soon due to fuel price increas -_-”). Rm 2.20

Lastly, introducing ever-unique Sibu local delight – The KOMPIA~ or KOMPIAN. whatever it is called. You can eat just like that (like gardener bread), fried (rarely), or eat with minced meat and microwaved, like the one I’m showing. Hungry??

Makan-makan in Pasta Zanmai!

Time to eat. Last week was my 23rd birthday. Nothing much happening as usual. Thanks for Manda Lau ( sky lover) to treat me a dinner at Pasta Zanmai. I’m having a great dinner with the rest. Let me introduce some food that we have ordered:

1. Green Tea Latte

2. Green Tea Vanilla (topped with redbean)

3. Japanese Spaghetti (forgot what flavor) – VERY NICE. I will prefer this one much more than Italiannies!!

4. Japanese Curry Fried Rice. ( I know.. the photo looks bad.. like SHIT… but taste much better. It is like Fried rice wrapped around by Pattaya eggs and flooded with Japanese Curry) Taste so so.

5. Japanese PIZZA!!! DELICIOUS & Addictive! “TWO THUMBS UP!” + ” CLIVE CHOICE!“

Crunchy Pizza topped with Half-boiled egg and some seaweed + terriyaki (??)….

6. LASTLY, Dessert! REAL (as indicate in the menu) strawberry icecream with fruits. Another good try!

With this, I conclude: We have found another good Restaurant hidden in One Utama Shopping Mall that deserves another visit in very NEAR future. In case those who don’t know where it is, it is located at Old wing Ground floor, opposite Fridays & BurgerKing. The signage looks like this:

AIRASIA!

Airasia. Now Everyone can fly~!!

Thanks for Ric Lover’s comment, I notice that I actually have a few favourite shots about Airasia, taken during different flight, time and location. I’ll share it here and hopefully Airasia can buy a few shots from me or giving me a freeticket to Goldcoast …!  (minyak naik harga lagi lah. no more rm 0 ticket!!)

Alpha Outing in Putrajaya.

The outing with 30+ other Alphians. Moved out from Midvalley and heading to Putrajaya on Saturday, 1st January 2008. This time together with Richard, My first successfully-poisoned Victim, and his new A200~! Putrajaya in the afternoon is Flaming Hot~ peri peri~ we all become nandos chicken shooting the bridge under the hotsun.

Putrajaya is nearby LCCT and the plane flew quite low and I am able to shoot them with just 75mm.

Ricky working with his Legendary “BEERCAN” on a tripod! I always think he looks very alike with STEPHEN CHOW! Next time must take a clearer shot from front!

Everyone working hard for their best shots on the bridge! As for me, im kinda bored because the bridge is typical to me and I dont see any fantastic view i can shot from it. haha. Lack of imagination.

Okey.. here I am .. This should be my first post. (if successfully) and..well.. erm.. I have nothing to say… Im still trying to figure out most of the thing about blogging..
